• Riveter Resume Builder provides resume building, cover letter writing, LinkedIn optimization, thank-you letters, consultations, and package services.

• All services are tailored based on information provided by the client. The accuracy and completeness of that information are the client’s responsibility.

• Final deliverables are reviewed and assessed by our career specialist to ensure they align with your goals.

• Payment must be made in full before services begin. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and ApplePay.

• All sales are final. Refunds are not offered once services have commenced.

• Revisions are included as part of the service scope. Additional requests beyond the original agreement may incur extra charges.

• Consultations are required to determine your career needs and are subject to a $50 fee, which is waived if you purchase a resume or package.

• Consultations must be scheduled in advance. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

• Resume services booked for weekends will be delivered within 48 hours of payment. Other services have a 2–3 business day turnaround unless otherwise specified.

• The delivery of services depends on timely and accurate information provided by the client.

• All resumes, cover letters, and related materials created by Riveter Resume Builder are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment.

• Riveter Resume Builder reserves the right to use anonymized, de-identified versions of deliverables for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested.

• Riveter Resume Builder is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information.

• Any personal data shared with us will be handled securely and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

• Riveter Resume Builder provides professional resume and career services designed to enhance your job search and career progression. However, we do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes.

• All advice, documents, and materials provided are based on industry best practices and tailored to the information shared by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all information provided is truthful and accurate.

• Riveter Resume Builder is not liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of our services, including missed opportunities, rejections, or other employment-related outcomes.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas, USA.
